Ms. Bernier is a graduate of the University of Montreal's School of Veterinary Medicine. She completed an internship at Purdue University, a Neurology and Neurosurgery residency at the University of Pennsylvania and a fellowship on MRI techniques during her training at UPenn. She was Board Certified in Neurology in 2001.
